Recommendations on how to use this Transitions community

If you have had an experience with a transition that you think would help others, please create a post either in this community or in your personal blog. Then click on one of the three "Life cycle" tabs (Before, During, After) in the Profile Owner box and add a comment with the title and link to your post.
