"Keywords/tags" are one of many powerful features and functions in LWPS. (Click on "LWPS Help" in the upper right corner to learn about others.)

Keywords/tags offer you an easy way to locate and organize posts and are thus one of the bases for using your LWPS account as a "Personal Information Management System (PIMS)".

As you create more posts, someday you will want to know what posts you have created. After you add your initials to the "keywords/tags" section of all of your posts, just click on your initials-tag - in any one of those posts - to view a hyperlinked list of the titles of all of the posts you have created.

Before you decide which initials to use, type the initials you would like to use into the Search box in the right sidebar to see if that tag has already been used. If it has, try new initials-tag for yourself until you find one that is unique.

Click on my "hph" initials-tag here or below to see a list of my posts. Other examples are Sally Gelardin's initials: "sg", and Ed Colozzi's: "eac".

The first time you add a unique (not used by anyone else) tag to the "keywords/tags" section, it will not convert to a hyperlink. But, when you or someone else adds that same tag to one or more other posts, it will automatically convert into a hyperlink. When you click on it, you will see the list of all of the posts containing that tag.

If you click on a tag and then see a webpage with iconic pictures of other LWPS members, look for the heading that says "Other users with weblog posts in category '{tag}'" then click on one or more of those images to see the list of their posts with that tag.

Keywords: 10/28, 2007, 4Q07, 80%, Add you initials to ALL of your posts, eac, hph, initials, keywords, PIMS, sg, tags, your-initials
