My tests of LIVE LWPS after the upgrade to Elgg 0.8.1


  1. Review "Completion of LWPS 0.8.1 Upgrade" in BD
  2. Is the DW banner showing with the "Make your dreams your LifeWork" logo?
  3. Are all icons visible including mine.
  4. Is LWPS Admin set up
  5. Do LWPS Admin "seeds for new members" work
  6. Register me and check for seeds and emails
  7. Are html comments kept?
  8. Accoutn settings -> Change themes ... Are there themes there to use?
  9. ...

Contents of email notifying all LWPS members of pending upgrade of LWPS

You are receiving this email because you are a registered member of the LifeWork Planning Services (LWPS) blogging platform.

The LWPS team is planning to upgrade LWPS to a new version starting this Friday (2/8) morning at 4 am. We will lock the system until we have completed the upgrade which we hope will only take a few hours. We are prepared to work during the weekend to fix any problems we encounter.

We will send you an email when we have completed the upgrade. It will point to this post which describes some of the improvements, issues and how to get in touch with us.

We will backup the complete database with everyone's records before we begin the upgrade.
