1) What worked well

Pace, in general, went smoothly.
Panelists were highly rated.
Moderator was highly rated.
Audience open mike was effective.
Generational exercise was interesting - lots of interest in older worker issues.
Graduate students were articulate, I think they liked sitting together.
Round tables were effective for group work.

2) What did not

Audience questions went on too long.


3) Recommendations for next year's committee
Do panel on older worker issues.
Have each panelist sit at a round table to discuss topics with small groups (that set-up was effective in entrepreneur panel on Sunday).
