As you would expect, there are expenses associated with supporting LWPS. Your generous contributions are greatly appreciated.

Since I started LWPS on 2/5/2006, (my wife and) I have been using our retirement income to pay for these expenses.

• Basic account free: The basic LWPS account, created when one registers, will always be free and very functional.
  
  
• Some free storage: A goal that we would like to keep as another promise is that we will not ask any LWPS users for a contribution if their total storage use for their account (profile, posts, tags, comments, files etc) is less than {free_storage_limit} bytes.

In order to 1) offer {free_storage_limit} bytes of free storage, 2) reimburse my wife and I for the LWPS expenses, and 3) not add revenue producing advertising to the site, we will devise a formula that will calculate a modest annual contribution request for those who exceed the {free_storage_limit} bytes and another formula that will apportion a very modest surcharge on that request among these types of LWPS users.

Another way that you can financially support LWPS is to contract with me if your need a tutor to improve your computer (PC only) and Internet skills and to learn the (advanced) features and functions offered in this blogging platform.
