Description

Do you live to work or work to live? Can you do both simultaneously and enjoy the process? Learn about the development of live/work and work/live environments in both urban and rural areas. Participate in counseling activities that support you and your clients in finding a satisfying living and working situation now or in the future.



Goal

Provide interactive session leading to greater awareness of holistic and dynamic relationship between how we live and how we work and the choices that are available.



Objectives

  • Clarify importance of knowing one’s own needs or values around “balance” between work and how we live

  • Provide exercises to use with clients for the live-work discussion

  • Create interview questions to use with clients to help focus on what can be done now to create a satisfying living and working environment
