This brings up the question of what common typeface we all have.<br />

            <description><![CDATA[If you are producing your own chapter to be merged into a monograph or book, you must first define a reference caption of "Appendix". In MS Word go to Insert, then "Reference", then "Caption", then type "Appendix" in teh box to the right of "Label".<br />

How do I refer to an Appendix within a paragraph so the title and page number appear?<br />
