Sally would like to use Helvetica, but I don't have that typeface on my laptop.

This brings up the question of what common typeface we all have.

So I'll ask Sally to list the options in a comment, and we'll see who has what.

Sally, list typefaces so your preferences are at the top.

If you are producing your own chapter to be merged into a monograph or book, you must first define a reference caption of "Appendix". In MS Word go to Insert, then "Reference", then "Caption", then type "Appendix" in teh box to the right of "Label".

How do I refer to an Appendix within a paragraph so the title and page number appear?
